1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligible items

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging with the seal intact.
• Products that are defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered.

3. Non-returnable items

Opened chemicals, coatings and polishes cannot be returned for safety reasons unless they are defective.

4. Results and surface compatibility

Results depend on the condition of the surface. Please test every product on a small hidden area first. We cannot accept returns or claims for damage caused by using a product on a surface the instructions say to avoid.

5. Return process

• Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
• Follow the return instructions we send; returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
