These Terms of Service govern the use of povunika.com and purchases from Povunika, operated by Shenzhen Quane Cang Trading Co., Ltd..

1. Safe use

Car-care products contain cleaning and protective agents. Read the label before use, work in a ventilated area, wear gloves where advised and keep products away from children, pets, eyes and open flames. Do not apply products to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight unless the instructions allow it.

2. Vehicle responsibility

You are responsible for testing products on a small area and for following instructions. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect application or use on incompatible surfaces.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors and will refund any amount paid.

4. Pricing

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. The price at the time of order applies.

5. Intellectual property

All website content belongs to Povunika and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an order is the amount paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Some products offer an optional Subscribe & Save purchase. If you choose a subscription:

• Billing cycle: you are charged at the interval you select (for example every 30, 60 or 90 days) at the subscription price shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• Price: each renewal is charged at the then-current subscription price for that product; promotional one-time prices do not automatically apply to renewals.
• How to cancel: email [email protected] with your order number and request cancellation, or use any self-service cancel link in your order confirmation / account email if provided. We process cancellation requests within 2 business days.
• When cancellation takes effect: if we receive your request at least 24 hours before the next renewal charge, that renewal will not be billed. Charges already processed for a cycle that has begun are handled under our refund policy.
• Refunds: unused prepaid subscription cycles may be refunded to your original payment method after we confirm cancellation; opened or shipped items follow the Refund / Return Policy.

Choosing one-time purchase (not checking Subscribe & Save) does not enrol you in auto-renewal.
